Instructions

  1. Wash the rice & dal together then heat oil in a pan and fry ( mug dal).
  2. Then fry the onion brown and add all the spices & also add the rice & (Dal).
  3. When it;s fried a little add 6/7 cup water.
  4. Now put the stove in high heat and when it’s cook well reduce the heat
  5. Keep it in low heat for a while , add some ghee before taking down .
