Homemade cake without oven

Materials:

4 eggs,

flour 1 cup,

oil 1 cup,

Baking powder 1 teaspoon,

Powdered milk 3 tablespoons,

Sugar 1 cup

A handful of raisins,

1 teaspoon of vanilla

Sift together the flour, baking powder, and milk.

Then mix sugar and oil little by little with eggs.

Then mix flour with baking powder, powdered milk and yeast little by little.

Then mix the vanilla essence with the yeast. Line the sides of the pan with paper and pour the yeast

Take a heavy bottomed sauce pan Make sure the saucepan is completely dry.

If even a small amount of oil or water remains in it, it will produce smoke.

The saucepan should be covered with a lid so that no air can escape from it. Heat the saucepan very well on high flame. (5 minutes)

Place a small rack or stand in the center of the sauce pan. Now carefully place the bowl containing the cake batter on the stand. Cover the sauce pan tightly with a lid. The saucepan should be covered with a lid so that no air can escape from it.

Keep it like this for 30 minutes. For the first 5 minutes, the stove flame will be on full blast, and for the next 25 minutes, the stove flame will be on medium flame. After 30 minutes, insert a toothpick into the cake and see if it comes out clean. If it doesn’t clear, keep it for another 10 minutes.
