CRISPY FRENCH FRIES

3 medium sized potatoes
2 tablespoons of vinegar
Water – for submerging the potatoes
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Soybean oil – for frying
If you have potatoes, cut them into French fries
Submerge in water as needed
Give vinegar
Cover for 10 minutes
Now drain the water and wipe it with a clean cloth
Mix cornflour and potatoes in a bowl
Heat oil in a pan and fry it
Take it down and sprinkle some salt
The French fries are delicious
