Sarse hilsa

Green Chillies, mustard paste, turmeric powder, salt.
Take a bowl, mix turmeric, salt with fish. Take another pan, heat oil in it and fry the fish pieces. Add little water to the fried fish, mix with salt, green chillies and mustard paste. When the water boils, cover with the paste of green chillies and mustard and cook. After 10 minutes open the lid, and serve.
