Instructions

Heat the oil in a frying pan first and fry the Bitter Gourd,
-
Now add a little more oil to the pan and pour the dried chilli, Bay Leaves and hot spices,
-
When the spices are lightly fried, add a little bit of salt and turmeric powder with the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes

Add poppy seed and mustard paste in the vegetable and stir for 5 minutes , then add little cumin powder , sugar and 1 cup water and cover it,

It will take about 5 minutes for the vegetables to boil, then add the ginger and fried bitter gourd

After stirring for 5 minutes, add the milk and ghee in it and cook

When starting to burst, close the stove and when its cold serve it with hot steam rice.
